Terms and Conditions

THE DEPOSIT
At Felicity Fairy Children’s Entertainers we take a deposit for each booking to secure your place in our reservation system. We have very limited spaces for bookings as most of our available time slots are on weekends. The deposit reserves your position for one of our parties and also allows us to order in the required materials for your event.

**PLEASE NOTE – YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE RECIEVE YOUR DEPOSIT

MOVING THE DATE:

You may move the date of your booking up to ten days prior to your original reservation date, at no extra charge, as long as the following conditions are met:
The new booking date is within three months of the original booking,
Our entertainers are available.

Moving the date within ten days of your original reservation date may incur a charge of 35 pounds.

 

CANCELLING THE PARTY:

Cancellations of more than two weeks prior to the booking date are fully refunded
Cancellations within two weeks of the booking date are not refunded
For cancellations on the day of the party we will invoice you for the full price of the event.

 

EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS:

Occasionally we have emergency cancellations, such as an outbreak of meningitis at the school the day before the party. We recommend moving the date, rather than cancelling the party. This may incur a 35 pound fee at busy times of the year, but this way you retain your deposit.
FOR BOOKINGS CANCELLED ON THE DAY WE STILL TAKE PAYMENT IN FULL.

 

THE BALANCE:

The balance is payable either by bank transfer ten days in advance, or in cash on the day. We do not take payments retrospectively.
